Create Activator rules in Fabric Database Hub to monitor resource health and performance

Users can configure alerts through Fabric Activator that trigger when a resource becomes unhealthy or when a database performance metric crosses a defined threshold.Alerting is a core part of the FDH observability experience. Rather than requiring customers to build custom monitoring pipelines, FDH integrates with Fabric Activator to provide alerting directly from the integrated real-time monitoring dashboards.
