Description

This feature addition helps us complete the Modernization story for Database Migration in Arc Portal. Currently the targets supported are VM and MI through LRS(for both) and MI Link (for MI). We are bringing this capability to complete the moderinization narrative to Azure SQL D and Hyperscaleb, which is our hero product.
