Capacity State captures changes in capacity due to different actions, such as switching to a paused state or becoming overloaded due to throttling.  By utilizing Eventhouse, admins can perform deeper analysis - while Activator can enable real-time actions and alerts without writing any code.  Admins can also integrate with a system of their choice.
